Vital Information for the Academic year 2021-22(KG)
- TEXT BOOKS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-22:
- Date of Issue : 17th May 2021 onwards
- The Reopening Fest will be conducted virtually on Wednesday, 2nd of June, 2021.
- Both Online and Offline classes will be held during the academic year 2021-22. Online classes will be conducted on all week days.
- Online classes will begin on Thursday, 3rd of June 2021.
- Offline classes will be held only as per the directions of the Government. It is expected to begin on Monday, 14th of June 2021.
- Assignments, activities, notes and weekly assessments will be sent through the online platform as it was done during the academic year 2020-21.
- Follow-up Worksheets and Assessments will be held as special class room assignments for an immediate feedback from the students during the regular offline classes.
- Offline Parent-Teacher meetings are arranged from the 2nd week of June onwards.
- Meeting schedule will be informed later.
- Regular classes will be conducted on all week days with 7 periods of 45 minutes duration each.
- 08:30am – 09:00am: Assembly activities & Roll call
- 09:00am 09:30am: Zero period for the children to enjoy their breakfast and do their revision.
- 09:30am-02:30pm Regular classes with 5 periods including one Lab Activity and one Ground Activity.
- 11:00am – 11:30am: Snacks time
- 01:00pm -01:45pm: Lunch time
- 02:30pm – 03:00pm: Remedial Teaching & Bus Boarding arrangements.
